Our immersion in construction litigation has taught us that, while many problems may derail a project, poorly drafted contract documents almost inevitably do.  Because we have represented contractors, trade contractors, owners, and sureties both large and small, we  have a unique understanding of the many different perspectives that must be accommodated during negotiations.

While we use that experience to help our clients "get to yes," we also use it to produce agreements which assist our clients to achieve their  business objectives while protecting their legal position to the greatest extent possible.  We accomplish this with documents drafted in a clear, crisp, and concise manner, so that the documents themselves do not later become a source of dispute.
