We assess whether past conduct has violated the requirements of professional ethics and responsibility. We defend attorneys and law firms accused of professional errors and omissions (e.g., legal malpractice; breach of contract; breach of fiduciary duty; etc.), or who are the subject of a disciplinary proceeding. We also provide advice as to matters involving insurance coverage for alleged professional malpractice.
